About Us
The Forgotten Women of Africa Empowerment Project is changing the lives of women and children in Africa by helping them achieve self-reliance and economic security.
Many women in Africa are forgotten with out access to the resources they need to solve their problems.
Women often marry young for financial reasons and become widowed with children who they can’t afford to feed or educate. The Forgotten Women of Africa Empowerment Project is seeking to change women’s lives and positively influence future generations.
Founded in 2021, The Forgotten Women of Africa Empowerment Project is a group of African men and women who have seen firsthand the struggles of women in Africa. Our goal is to make sure that no woman in Africa is abused or taken advantage of because she lacks the means to be financially independent.
Our Commitments

The forgotten women of Africa empowerment project will not stop until those desperate women will no longer have to cross to Europe to get economic security.

We will ensure African women will not risk their lives to cross into Europe for better life.

We will not stop until there are no more dead African kids on the beaches of Europe. Just because their desperate parents took risk with them to cross to Europe for sustainability.

We will continue until the last African woman is economically independent.

We will continue to give hope to the hopeless women in Africa.

Each of those empty vests represents a life of one desperate African woman.
Our Activities
Education and Workforce Development
Providing job skills training and connection to employment to women in Africa. We will promote entrepreneurship by teaching skills such as soapmaking, farming, and midwifery as well as providing loans for women to start their own businesses. Once their business becomes profitable, the paid back loan will be used to help another woman succeed.
Partnerships
We will contract with U.S. companies that outsource customer services to offer job opportunities to African women. We will work with companies to provide specific training such as English proficiency and computer literacy. These partnerships have been successful in other countries and offer women sustainable, well-paying jobs.
Mental & Physical Healthcare
We will ensure women and their children have access to trauma-informed mental and physical healthcare. Training women as midwives will help increase successful births in rural areas. Women will have the knowledge and tools to protect themselves from HIV and other STIs.
